Since his call to the Ontario Bar in 1994, Peter Kazdan has practiced in the area of insurance litigation. He has experience with medical malpractice actions and has represented a variety of insurers, primarily within automobile cases, in the tort and accident benefits system through to trial and hearings. He has also represented insurers in relation to claims for regulatory negligence, occupiers' liability, and homeowners' liability.

Peter has presented seminars on a variety of insurer related topics for insurer clients. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyers' Association. He has completed the Arbitration Course at the University of Toronto (1997) and is a member of the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Ontario, and the Defence Research Institute.
