Penny joined Aronovitch Macaulay Rollo LLP in 2008 after gaining insurance defence litigation experience at another prominent downtown Toronto law firm.  

Penny practices Civil Litigation with a primary focus in the area of insurance defence litigation. Her specialties are in the areas of motor vehicle tort claims, personal injury claims, general liability claims, property/casualty claims and product liability claims.  

Penny has had experience representing clients on numerous occasions before all levels of Ontario Courts. She has also appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario.  

Penny is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers' Association and the Advocates' Society.
