Pamela Brownlee was called to the Ontario Bar in 1994 and has practiced exclusively in the area of insurance defence litigation. She has significant experience at the trial level, in private arbitrations and before FSCO. She has also acted for insurers on numerous claims involving issues such as motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability, and homeowners' liability.

Pamela has conducted seminars on a number of topics, including loss transfer, priority of insurers, accident benefits, etc. She has spoken at seminars sponsored by the Law Society, FSCO, and the Advocates Society. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Insurance Institute of Ontario, the Toronto Lawyers' Association, and the Defence Research Institute.
