Michael Huclack was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1989 and the Ontario Bar in 1991. He has practiced almost exclusively in the area of insurance litigation since his call to the Ontario Bar, with particular emphasis on personal injury and accident benefit claims.

Michael has acted as counsel for insurers who previously provided motor vehicle liability insurance for the Province of Ontario. He has appeared regularly at FSCO and has acted as counsel at several trials and appeals before the Ontario Courts. Michael has written on class actions in Ontario and has taught the Civil Litigation Law Clerk Course. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers' Association, the Advocate Society and the American Trial Lawyers' Association.
