Franceen Rogovein


Franceen attended Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1989. Her practice has focused on insurance litigation including tort, accident benefits, professional liability, general liability and homeowner's insurance. She has appeared at all levels of court in the province as well as in private mediations and in arbitrations at FSCO. Franceen is a past Instructor of the Bar Admission Course and continues to lecture regularly on civil litigation topics. She has also participated in seminars and discussion groups with insurance clients.

Franceen is fluent in French. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyers Association.
