Don Rollo graduated from the University of Windsor and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987. He has practiced in a variety of areas, with an emphasis on insurance litigation.

Don has acted as counsel for insurer clients and has an extensive and successful trial background, both jury and non-jury. Don has expertise in insurance law in the context of tort, general liability, errors and omissions, regulatory compliance and product liability issues.

Don is experienced in alternative dispute resolution, including administrative tribunal work, mediations and arbitrations. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyers' Association. Don has also conducted seminars and discussion groups with insurer clients.
