Our lawyers have extensive experience in all areas of insurance defence litigation, with particular emphasis on claims involving motor vehicle accidents, product liability, fire losses, occupier's liability, and "slip and falls". We have represented insurer clients at all levels of court, FSCO, private arbitrations and mediations. We provide services throughout Ontario, including the Greater Toronto Area, Eastern Ontario, Northern Ontario and Southwestern Ontario.
